It even houses its own 18 ounce soft flask. The broad-banded belt is constructed of breathable and moisture-wicking fabrics. Its movement-mirroring fit ensures a bounce-free carry. Strategically drilled vents allow warm air to escape and help to keep weight to a minimum. Without the included flask, the belt weighs just 2.1 ounces! The belt is available in two options to ensure a comfortable fit for runners of all shapes and sizes. The Small/Medium size best fits 29"-34" waists and the Large/Xlarge accommodates waists ranging from 35"-40". Small stretch pockets provide stowing options for gels, a cellphone, or other small items.
