The Little Stick

The Original Massage Stick - 14" Little Stick. This is the smallest of the massage sticks, measuring 14”. This spindle roller contains five (5) spindles. This roller is ideal for smaller muscle groups such as your lower limb muscle groups. Over time, without recovery, sore muscles lose their ability to function properly, resulting in additional muscle groups succumbing to soreness and fatigue, or even worse, injury. Whether it is after a long day at work, a hard training session, or a long travel day, muscle recovery is important for the mind and body. Add massage rolling to your daily workout regime. Just 15 minutes a day can do your muscles wonders! We’ve been designing and manufacturing massage sticks since 1989. Our proprietary spindle design allows the spindles to freely roll across the skin while messaging your muscles. Most other beaded rollers drag across the muscle resulting in an uncomfortable experience.
