Hoka has taken the best features of two of its most popular models, the Clifton and the Mach, to create an all-new shoe: The Hoka Skyflow. This Run Specialty exclusive was quietly released in July 2024, and while it may not be available at every store, but it is available at Manhattan Running Co!

The Skyflow is designed to offer the best of both worlds—a bouncier and more responsive ride than the Clifton 9, paired with a softer feel than the Mach 6. As a result, it strikes the perfect balance between comfort and performance, making it an ideal daily trainer that can handle both long miles and faster-paced workouts.

At the heart of the Skyflow is Hoka's full-foot Super Critical EVA foam. This innovative midsole compound provides a plush underfoot experience without the added weight found in models like the Bondi. The lightweight, responsive nature of the foam makes the Skyflow incredibly versatile, whether you're logging high mileage or pushing the pace.

The upper of the Skyflow features a Jacquard Mesh—a circular knit fabric that offers both style and function. This material provides the necessary support while ensuring a secure fit, keeping your foot locked in place as you run.

Designed for runners who are serious about their mileage, the Skyflow is perfect for training for your first 5K, your second half-marathon or running your twentieth marathon. It’s a versatile option comparable to other premium models like the Asics Gel Nimbus and the Saucony Triumph. In summary, the Hoka Skyflow is a highly adaptable shoe that offers a superior blend of cushioning, responsiveness, and support, making it a top choice for runners aiming to go the distance.
